Srinagar: Chairman of All Parties Sikh Coordination Committee Jagmohan Singh Raina said that “Three years girl rape is a heinous crime and exemplary punishment should be given to the culprit. This case is fittest case to register under POCSO (Protection of children from sexually offences) against the accused”.

In a Statement issued here, APSCC Chairman said that “I appreciate Governor Satya Pal Malik and other officials of government for swift action on fasts track bases so that in future no body repeats such heinous crime,”

“Kashmir valley is a known safe place for females and such incident will not be tolerated by the people living in the valley. We can stop such dirty mind by punishing the culprit on fast track,” he said.

All Party Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC) termed the incident as shocking and in human act. The victim is daughter of every Kashmiri, we feel ashamed after hearing this crime and wants justice to family. We express solidarity with the family of the girl and urged society to raise strong voice against this crime committed against a small baby of three years.
