Srinagar:State Vice President J&K Youth Congress Sheikh Aamir Rasool expressed deep shock and pain over the alleged rape of a three-year-old girl in Bandipora district .

He said It is unfortunate that such an incident took place and it is a black spot to the whole Kashmir which is known for its rich culture and tradition.

Sheikh Aamir Rasool said that the girl and her family must surely get justice and demanded speedy and exemplary action be taken against the perpetrator of the heinous crime so that such incidents do not happen in future .

Sumbal incident  is a black spot on the face of whole Kashmir which is known for its rich culture and tradition.

He expressed sympathy and solidarity with the victim’s family and prayed for her speedy recovery for victim.
