Srinagar| WTNS | April 07: Hay Healthcare, a leading healthcare organization in collaboration with Khumani Youth welfare Movement conducted a comprehensive dental examination & referral camp at Dar Mohalla Imam-Bara Bemina on 06 April 2025. The camp provided essential oral health care services to a large number of patients and was attended by a team of dedicated Dental & Medical professionals. The team of dental specialists, led by Dr.Mohamad Arif Lone consisted of three dental specialists, one medical specialist two pharmacist and two para dental.

In a statement to Wilayat Times, the camp offered comprehensive dental examinations, referrals, and intra oral camera screenings to patients. The intra oral camera allowed for detailed examinations and patient education, empowering individuals to take control of their oral health. The team of dental specialists worked tirelessly to provide expert care and guidance to patients. Dr. Rafiya Nazir MDS Periodontics demonstrated the brushing techniques and stressed the need for oral hygiene measure.

As per the reports of Wilayat Times, Dr. Nowsheen Yaqoob Oral Pathologist in her talks emphasized on oral screening and early detection of pathologies within oral cavity. While the medical specialist provided support in dental cases needed medical intervention like overweight, dyspnea, diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, etc.

The camp examined an impressive 130 patients, providing them with essential dental care and education. The patients were highly satisfied with the services provided, and many expressed their gratitude to the team of medical professionals for their care and compassion. In the dental camp free medicine ranging from antibiotics, pain killers, oral hygiene kits, was distributed to needy patients.The dental health camp focused on following points:
