New Delhi:Maulana Azad National Urdu University students Union (MANUU ) took a protest-march in solidarity with the students of Kashmir and in condemnation of the unchecked state-sponsored violence unleashed upon the students and all other people of Kashmir.The March started from Students’ Union office and ended at University Main Gate, where President and Secretary of the Union addressed the students.
In a statement to Wilayat Times,President of MSU said that the silence of the people of India is responsible for the genocide in Kashmir.Mehbooba Mufti back-stabbed Kashmiri people. He also said that turning educational institutions into war-zones and encounter sites is the new low for the face of Indian Democracy in Kashmir.The latest incident of using a human shield is nothing new in Kashmir.
Secretary of the Union said that state-sponsored violence has forced the people of Kashmir to pelt stones, and nobody pelts stones for fun or without a strong reason/compulsion. He reiterated that MSU stands in solidarity with the students of Kashmir.
