Srinagar | WTNS | Aga Syed Amin | Oct 3: Ayatollah Haaj Sheikh Mahdi Mahdavipur, India`s representative of Grand Ayatollah Hazrat Syed Ali Khamenei, Iran’s supreme leader arrived here in valley on October 1st on his two day visit.

On his rudimentary visit Ayatollah Mahdi Mahdavipur unveiled the ceremony on a book release “History of Shias of Jammu and Kashmir” a book written by Justice(Retd) Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain. The ceremony was organised in the auditorium hall of the JK Information department Srinagar and the program was started with the recitation of Holy Quran, after which many religious figures and intellectuals of the valley enlightened the audience with their golden ideas.

As per Wilayat Times, In his speech Ayatollah Mahdi Mahdavipur, appreciated the features of the book and the efforts of the author. He said that Kashmir is the land of knowledge and mysticism, where great saints and mystics have rendered their immense services in the propagation of Islam and if seen, all the preachers belonged to Iran. Right from the times of Bulbul Shah Sharafuddin Mosavi, Mir Syed Ali Hamdani, Mir Shams-ud-din Iraqi, Mir Syed Hussain Qumi or Gilani, Samnani or Suhrawardi Sadats and many other have arrived from Iran. He said that numerous traditions of Ahle-Sunnat are attributed to Iranians.

He said that the previous services of religious scholars and the numerous books on diverse aspects indicate that Iran has the leading role in the promotion of Islam. In era the Islamic republic of Iran is greatly engaged in promotional Islamic teachings of our last Prophet SAWW and his Progeny AS.

Representative of Imam Khamenei for India said that Iran is oppressed because it is suffering from the fabricated falsehoods and adulterated propagandas by the enemies and hypocrites they actually want to blow out the lamp of Islamic revolution. Iran will not tolerate any sort of attempt for maligning the true image of Islam and it’s founder Prophet Muhammad SAWW, there is no compromise on the majestic glory of the last Prophet Muhammad Saw and his Progeny AS.

Prominent Iranian Scholar continued saying that it’s time to understand that Shia is not a sect , but Islam is the synonym of Ahl al-Bayt . Everyone who believes in the hadith of Thaqalain and the Ahl al-Bayt of the Prophet as truly commentators of is Shia. Shia is the name of Khalq-e-Nabawi, Sirat-e-Alwi, Ifat-e-Fatimi, Ilm Hassani, Shuja`at Hussaini, Fiqh-e-Jafari and Hukamat-e-Mahdavi

In the due course of time ,the representative of Iranian supreme leader met with well-known Shia intellectuals of the valley and discussed with them various topics.

Later on Ayatollah Mahdi Mahdavipur, India`s representative of Ayatollah Hazrat Syed Ali Khamenei, Iran’s supreme leader visited the house of the well-known religious scholar and the patron of Ittehad-ul-Muslimin Jammu and Kashmir, Maulana Muhammad Abbas Ansari, on Saturday and prayed for his longevity. He also discussed many issues with Maulana Masroor Abbas Ansari, the son of Maulana and the young religious scholar of the valley.

Further on Haaj Mahdi Mahdavipur, Irani supreme leader`s special envoy visited the prominent religious scholar of the valley, Alama Agha Syed Baqir Al-Mosavi Al-Safavi, at his residence in Budgam. Agha Syed Baqir welcomed him warmly and during the meeting, the representative Wali Faqih appreciated the religious services and efforts of Allama Agha Syed Baqir and invited him to visit to Iran. Here he presented Allama with a collection of books published by Wilayat Foundation India as a gift.

During the same time met to the eminent religious scholar and the president of Anjuman-e-Sharia Shian, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Mosavi Al-Safavi, the president of the Shia Association and the general secretary of the People’s Conference, Maulana Imran Reza Ansari, Grand Mufti of Jammu and Kashmir Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam, Grand Ayatollah Syed Ali Sistani’s Representative Ayatollah Syed Mohammad Hussaini Jalali, Mufti Dr. Imran Hamdani, Maulana Sibte Shabir, Maulana Dr. Samir Siddiqui, Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain, Professor Muhammad Zaman Azardu, Journalist Yusuf Jameel, Professor Shad Ramadan and met with the members of the Majlis-e-Ulema Imamia Jammu and Kashmir and discussed several important issues and reviewed the situation.

Meanwhile, the representative leaders also met the delegations of different districts of the valley and specially reviewed the difficulties and problems faced. He said to recognize the precious value of youth, do not let it go to waste, but live in obedience to God and work for the betterment of the nation in harmony with each other. (WTNS)
