Tehran| WTNS | Oct 02: Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the World Ahlul Bayt (AS) Assembly expressed his deep condolences over the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and other dignitaries who were killed in an Israeli airstrike in Beirut Lebanon.

وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ قَاتَلَ مَعَهُ رِبِّيُّونَ كَثِيرٌ فَمَا وَهَنُوا لِمَا أَصَابَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَمَا ضَعُفُوا وَمَا اسْتتَكَانُوا ۗ وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الصَّابِرِينَ
How many a prophet there has been with whom a multitude of godly men fought. They did not falter for what befell them in the way of Allah, neither did they weaken, nor did they abase themselves; and Allah loves the steadfast.(Quran 3:146)
The Islamic world mourns the loss of a towering leader, a descendant of the Prophet’s family, an Arab fighter, and a courageous Mujahid. He dedicated his honourable life to defending truth, justice, and the oppressed nations. With wisdom, strength, and unwavering determination, he stood firm against disbelief, arrogance, oppression, tyranny, and occupation. He served the needs of the people, the poor, and the masses, and became a symbol of Palestine—the core issue of the Islamic world—and an inspiration to all free and noble individuals around the globe. He was a fearless warrior in the face of evil and aggression, and a learned leader of the Islamic Resistance, successfully foiling Zionist-American plots across the region.
Syed Hassan Nasrallah was a tireless and humble servant to his people, his nation, the oppressed, and a true embodiment of those raised and nurtured in the spirit of Muhammadian Islam. This was evident in his deeds long before his words. Known for his honesty and as a pioneer in truth, he ultimately achieved martyrdom in his lifelong journey toward Al-Quds (Jerusalem). May Allah immortalize his legacy, so his path continues to light the way for faithful believers committed to resistance.
With hearts resigned to the divine will, we express our deepest condolences for the martyrdom of this great leader of Islamic resistance, Syed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary-General of victorious Hezbollah and a member of the Supreme Council Assembly. We beseech Allah the Almighty to grant him the highest ranks among his forefathers, the Prophet (PBUH), the noble Imams (AS), and the martyrs and righteous ones. May Allah shower him with His infinite mercy, forgiveness, and blessings.
Syed Hassan Nasrallah fulfilled his covenant with Allah, sacrificing his life for the cause. He spent his life in a path filled with jihad and sacrifice for the sake of Allah, becoming an inspiring symbol of perseverance and resistance against the brutal Zionist enemy. His resolve never wavered.
On this sorrowful occasion, on behalf of myself and the members of the Supreme Council of the Ahlul Bayt (AS) World Assembly, as well as all our affiliates, I extend our deepest condolences and sympathies to our master, the Awaited Imam (AS), His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei, the Islamic World, the esteemed family of the martyr, his noble children, relatives, and all his admirers. I also extend condolences to the proud Muslim Ummah, the resilient people of Lebanon, his comrades-in-arms, the leadership of Hezbollah, the fighters, and the masses who supported this great man, and to the other martyrs who have been martyred before him or alongside him in defence of the oppressed in Lebanon and for the dignity of Gaza.
The martyred leader was a bearer of the torch of resistance, a symbol of human dignity, and an exemplar in politics, jihad, knowledge, and ethics. He sacrificed his precious life for the cause of Allah, for the true religion, for the resistance, and for the nation and Palestine, ultimately joining his grandfather, Imam Hussain (AS), and the righteous martyrs.
As the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, His Eminence Ayatollah al-Udhma Imam Khamenei said: “Syed Hassan was not merely an individual; he was a school of thought, a movement, and this movement will continue. The Zionist criminals should know that they are far too weak to harm the powerful structure of Hezbollah.
“In this immense tragedy, we ask Allah the Almighty to preserve his noble father and grant his honourable family—who stood by him as examples of patience and resilience—his children, relatives, and loved ones, and the heroes of Islamic resistance in Lebanon and Palestine the strength, patience, and perseverance to continue on the path toward ultimate victory.
