Ahlul Bayt World Assembly condoles on Kashmiri Scholar demise, Syed Maqsood Rizvi

Tehran:The Ahlul Bayt World Assembly has issued a message of condolence following the death of Hujjat ul-Islam Syed Maqsood Ali Rizvi, Kashmiri member of the Assembly.

The full text of the message is as follows:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful  

The demise of the divine scholar Hujjat ul-Islam Sayyed Maqsood Ali Razavi, has left us full of sorrow.   

He was one of the greatest academic and seminary characters in the Kashmir region, who gave valuable services to the oppressed people of that area.

After finishing his religious studies in Qom and Najaf, he established Imam Reza (AS) Seminary in Kashmir, and educated many religious scholars for promoting the knowledge of Quran and Progeny in the region.  

The late Syed Maqsood Ali Razavi, had also been active as a member of the Ahlul Bayt World Assembly for many years, and worked in the way of improving the intellectual, cultural and social activities of the people all around the world.

The Ahlulbayt(AS) World Assembly sends its condolence to the Imam Zaman (AS), the supreme leader of Iran, grand Ayatollahs, seminaries, his family and relatives over the demise of this great scholar and praying for the patience of all survivors.
