“The believers are nothing else than brothers. So make reconciliation between your brothers,fear Allah, that you may receive mercy.”   ~ Al Hujurat ( 49:10)

All praises for Almighty Allah who grafted hope and success in patience and determination. Life is meaningless without the hope of excelling as human beings and indeed it needs a nexus with great values and principles of life. KASHMIR , the land of bountiful beauty where faith in spirituality conquers the hearts of true believers. The real gems among humans burn themselves to illuminate the light of faith in the living hearts. They enlighten the world with bright and brilliant ideas. There are many exalted personalities who belong from the valley who sacrificed everything to evolve humanity from humans. Their contribution left a lifelong legacy for the Kashmiris and for the people living across the globe. The great value and asset for the really developed nation is brotherhood. Union can keep the nation united otherwise it will fall apart. The concept of religiosity is not confined to offering five times prayer, it has a wider scope and dynamic function to perform. The life of Prophet Muhammad SAWW is the living and gleaming example of great and appealing character. He invited people towards GOD only because of his humble and generous character.

I seek the grant from Almighty Allah so that I can support my pen to write about a great scholar of Kashmir , Sarkar Grand Ayatollah Aga Syed Mehdi Al-Mosvi who left the legacy of peace, prosperity and brotherhood in Kashmir. His family fell apart to unite the hearts of fellow human beings. He really burns night oil to engrave and polish his hidden gifted calibre which helped him to succeed as a true scholar and people’s real leader. I am highly grateful to Aga Syed Baqir Al-Mosvi Al Najafi whose video clip arrest my attention towards this great leader where he was discussing his marvel Nafhat-ul-Najaf (نفحتہ النجف ) a marvelous chronicle which is translated by Syed Ahmad Mosvi in Urdu under the name Nighat-e-Najaf (نگہت نجف )

This chronicle sprinkles the water on the past events which were terribly responsible for the agonies and plights of minority Shia Muslims. Sarkar Ayatollah Aga Syed Mehdi Almosavi Alsafvi brought the Revolution in Kashmir before Iranian Revolution. He spent 28 years in Najaf, Iraq to pursue higher education in Islamic Studies. His great endeavours to revive the dying principles of humanity are unforgettable. When he was yielding the fruits of his hard work , his trump ,which was actually the triumph of TRUTH, made the enemies of humanity restless. Late Aga was presented before Maharaja Ranbir Singh in his court but when he met him, all the false notions evaded and he became his well wisher. When his holy face waves the flag of spirituality. He gifted him a very superior garment famously called Khilat e Shahi, Aga refused to accept it and gave that superior garment to Peer Maqbool Shah , a courtier of Maharaja Ranmbir Singh who was the resident of Khanyar, Srinagar.

The said book presented a systematic account of vandalism in Kashmir. Ten major destructive incidents took place in Kashmir which were the outcome of communal riots to disturb the fabric of peace and harmony in Kashmir. First loot took place in 955 Hijri and the last major loot took place in 1289 Hijri in the reign of Maharaja Ranbir Singh in Madeen Sahib , Srinagar. After this loot no major loot took place in the houses of Shia Muslims. After this peace rocks the valley between Shia and Sunni communities. This peace is the outcome of the great endeavours of Late Sarkar Aga Syed Mehdi who worked very hard to revive the peace , harmony and brotherhood in Kashmir. Aga Syed Mehdi was the contemporary of Syed Shirazi and Allama Afghani in Iran and of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan in India.He was a real visionary leader who passed his legacy to the broad minded and responsible people like Aga Syed Yousuf Al Mosvi and in this time the huge responsibility of keeping his mission alive in on the shoulders of a great visionary scholar Allama Aga Syed Baqir who is working day and night to keep the records of real knowledge alive. May he live long and provide us guidance so that we (youth) can understand their responsibilities and can develop a strong nexus with their past… Thankyou
